Free Music!
Freegal
Freegal is the free and legal way to download music. Registered card holders of the John Curtis Free Library have access to Freegal’s large volume of music, and are allowed to download three (3) songs per week. This service is paid for by the library in order to make it free for our patrons. The music file you download is yours to keep.
How It Works
Go to https://johncurtislibrary.freegalmusic.com/users/sdlogin and type in your library barcode number (no spaces) as well as your PIN (if you have never changed your PIN, it is “OCLN”). Search or browse the catalog for music tracks, review sound clips, and click download. Be sure to save the file to your hard drive or other recordable media prior to playing the sound file.
